Overview
Simply Pleasure is a great online retailer of sex toys. They have a wide range of products at good prices, and their site is easy to search.
What do Simply Pleasure do?
They sell all sorts of sex toys, lingerie, bondage gear and clothing for men, women and couples. They also have a nice range of books and games.
How competitive are their prices?
Their prices are amongst the best you’ll find. I compared a selection of their most popular items with other retailers and they were mostly cheaper than Lovehoney, Ann Summers, Bondara and Honour Clothing.
I haven’t found a shop that’s consistently cheaper so I now use them as my first choice for buying anything sexy.
Do they deliver quickly?
Yes, in my experience they’ve always delivered within a few days. Most recently I ordered something on Sunday afternoon and it was delivered on Wednesday morning.
The delivery was also free for this order but it will depend on what you buy; there’s a minimum order value for free delivery which is about average compared with other shops.
Is the packaging subtle?
Yes the packaging is very subtle; just a normal cardboard box with no indication of what’s inside or who it’s from.
This is normal for all online sex shops though; I don’t think you’ll find one that isn’t subtle!
Do they have decent customer service?
I’ve only had to contact them once about a problem with an order but it was dealt with quickly and easily via email.
