Boobs are a great thing to joke about! They are funny looking and even the word itself is funny. Also, this sort of thing is commonly joked about in British culture, so it’s generally acceptable.
I’m not sure why but we often joke about boobs in this country. As I said above it’s probably because they look funny. It’s also a light-hearted way to tease someone as well, which is harmless fun. Of course, my favourite thing to do with them is ‘flick’ them – no not with my finger! I mean flick them up and down or left and right. No idea why but I’ve always found that amusing!
The two most common reasons are probably either just as a joke or for flirting with someone.
It might be for a partner or a friend who you have that sort of relationship with them; you know what I mean. I think it’s quite common for people to joke about their boobs or someone else’s, especially if they’re big, small, pointy or whatever. Or maybe giving a card like this could just be an excuse to see them? A good one actually because you could claim your intentions were pure if it doesn’t go well!
Or maybe you’re looking for something that’s just silly – it could be that too.
Of course, anyone can buy anything from us but mostly women do, usually buying something for another woman.
This works well because there seems to be some social rule that says men are not allowed to talk about boobs at all; that is only allowed by women. I have no idea why – it makes no sense at all! It does make me wonder: if men are not supposed to talk about them then why do women make such an effort in displaying them? It’s just weird.
I wonder if there’s something in our primitive brains that we don’t understand; maybe our brains are secretly telling us that we need to feed milk to babies. Maybe one day we’ll discover some part of our brains that either likes the idea or feeding a baby or being fed by one. That makes sense because there isn’t really any other reason why men like boobs so much.
I mean seriously: what else could it possibly be? It’s weird.
Who are the boobs cards and gifts products for?
I touched on this above but mostly women give these sorts of things as gifts, although they are sometimes bought by men too. This does make sense though because as with all gifts you need to consider whether the person receiving it will appreciate it or not. With these sorts of things though, you need to also consider whether someone might find it offensive too.
If you’re thinking of buying something like this you probably already know whether they’d like it or not; if you have any doubt then don’t risk it unless you know them really well!
